Your connection problem may be due to the following:

• Are you sure you have the right password?
• Your password or user name cannot contain spaces.
• The password must contain at least eight (8) caracters. For more security, we recommend to create a password that contains both alphabetical and numeral caracters.
• We take case changes into account regarding the password and the user name, remember the difference of case in your password or user name.


Are you using a browser that supports cookies or are cookies desactivated?

- Your browser must support cookies, and the cookies must be activated in order to get connected.

- To know if your browser supports cookies and to obtain information, consult your browser’s online help.

- If, while connecting, you receive a message informing you that a Website is trying to send you a cookie,
choose to continue, otherwise, you will not be able to get connected.


- If your browser does not support cookies, you should update your browser to Internet Explorer 5 or other.


Is your browser supporting SSL or is the SSL option desactivated?


- Your browser must support SSL’s (Secure Sockets Layer) and the option must be activated in order to get
connected.


- To know if your browser supports SSL’s in charge and to know how to activate them, consult your browser’sonline help.
